NOTIFICATION OF ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER

PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND EACH PROVISION. THESE RULES CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION, AS SET FORTH BELOW.

Sweepstakes Name: The Jiyu Weekly Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Each weekly drawing is a separate Sweepstakes with its own Entry Period, Official Rules, and prize.

Administrator (“Administrator”): LaudHaus LLC, 2630 Bissonnet St, Unit 5405, Houston, TX 77005

1. Entrant Eligibility.

An “Entrant” is a person who (i) is a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority in the state in which he/she resides as of the time of entering the Sweepstakes, (iii) is not on the US Bureau of Industry and Security’s Denied Persons or Entity Lists, is not on the US Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals, and is not on the US Department of Commerce's Table of Denial Orders, and (iv) complies with the Method of Entry & Entry Requirements in Section 4 below. Officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, partners, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and Administrator, their respective parent companies (if any), subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live), and those persons living in the same household with such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release.

2. Entry Period.

Sponsor conducts one drawing each week, and each weekly drawing is a separate Sweepstakes with its own entry period. The program of weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on [PROGRAM START DATE] and continues until 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on [PROGRAM END DATE], unless earlier terminated or extended by Sponsor by amendment to these Official Rules published before the amendment takes effect (the “Program Term”). The Entry Period for each weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the following Sunday (the “Entry Period”). Entries from one weekly Sweepstakes do not count toward any other weekly Sweepstakes.

3. Disqualification.

Without limitation, an Entrant may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, if (i) Entrant fails to meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1, (ii) Entrant fails to comply with the Method of Entry & Entry Requirements in Section 4, (iii) Entrant exceeds the maximum number of entries permitted during the Entry Period, or (iv) Entrant violates or fails to comply with these Official Rules.

4. Method of Entry & Entry Requirements.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. SEE BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.

During the Entry Period, an Entrant may receive entries into that week’s drawing by completing the free actions described in the table below. An Entrant may earn up to five (5) entries during the Entry Period, counted per Entrant across every method combined. No purchase, payment, or paid subscription is required to enter or to earn the maximum number of entries. A paid subscription to the Jiyu application provides product features only. It does not provide any entry, any additional entry, or any improved chance of winning.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. AN ENTRANT MAY EARN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES ENTIRELY THROUGH THE FREE ONLINE AMOE ENTRY FORM DESCRIBED BELOW, BY SUBMITTING THE FORM ON FIVE (5) DAYS OF THE ENTRY PERIOD. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR PAID SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED.

Option 1: Free Online AMOE Entry Form. An Entrant may enter each week’s drawing by submitting the free online entry form located at https://getjiyu.com. Each valid submission earns one (1) entry, and Sponsor accepts one (1) submission per person per day. An Entrant who submits the form on five (5) days of an Entry Period earns the maximum of five (5) entries through the form alone. The form requires no account, no purchase, no payment, and no paid subscription, and it does not require the Entrant to link any financial account. The form is available without logging in or subscribing.

Option 2: In-App Entry Methods. A registered user of the Jiyu application may also earn entries without any purchase or paid subscription. Tapping “Enter” in the application receives one entry per weekly drawing. Watching that week’s video earns one entry per weekly drawing. Referring a friend earns one entry per referral, up to one referral per weekly drawing. The application periodically asks each registered user to update the user’s profile survey, approximately every ninety (90) days, and may also present an update survey when the user’s tracked progress passes a milestone. Completing a survey earns one (1) entry in the weekly Sweepstakes whose Entry Period includes the completion. A survey entry is one method of earning entries and counts towards the five (5) entry maximum, the same as every other method. Registration for a Jiyu account is free. Each method is available to every registered user, whether or not that user holds a paid subscription. These in-app methods are an alternative to the free online entry form, not an addition to its maximum. The maximum number of entries per Entrant for the Entry Period stays the same across the form, the in-app methods, and any combination of them.

Option 3: Equal Standing of Free and Paid Users. A paid subscription to the Jiyu application does not provide any entry, any additional entry, or any improved chance of winning, and no entry method is limited to paid subscribers. A non-subscriber may earn the same maximum number of entries as any subscriber through the free online entry form alone. Subscribers may link financial accounts through Plaid, a third-party service, for read-only balance tracking, and the application may use that linked account data to measure the progress milestones described in Option 2. Any entry method that depends on data from a linked financial account counts towards the maximum number of entries. For every such method, Sponsor makes an equivalent free method available to every Entrant at the same frequency. No entry is available only to a paid subscriber.

The free online entry form asks each Entrant for full legal name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth. Sponsor uses that information to confirm one Entrant per person and to prevent duplicate entries. Sponsor accepts one (1) form submission per person per day, and applies the five (5) entry maximum per person per weekly drawing across the online form and the application combined. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules are void.

Entry Limits. Limit five (5) entries per Entrant during the Entry Period, counted per Entrant across every method of entry combined. Entries are tracked per Entrant. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

5. Odds of Winning.

ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. Each Entrant’s odds of winning are determined by dividing the number of eligible entries held by that Entrant by the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. Prizes.

One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of $[WEEKLY PRIZE AMOUNT], paid by ACH bank transfer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $[WEEKLY PRIZE AMOUNT]. The cash prize is paid by ACH bank transfer to the Winner’s bank account through Sponsor’s payment processor. The Winner may be required to provide bank account information to receive payment. If requested, the Winner shall provide Sponsor with valid identification and a valid social security number as a condition of the prize being awarded. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and prizes never roll over from one weekly Sweepstakes to another. Income taxes on the prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner. If no eligible entries are received during an Entry Period, no prize is awarded for that week and the drawing is void.

7. Selection & Notification of Winners.

The winner will be determined by random drawing conducted within seven (7) calendar days after the close of the Entry Period from a single combined pool of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Free and paid entries count equally in that pool. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative using a random number generator or similar method of random selection. Each eligible entry has an equal probability of selection.

Winners will be notified via email, phone, and/or text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9, within five (5) calendar days of notification. Failure to timely return the documents and/or requested information, or the return of any prize or prize notification as being undeliverable, or if a Winner is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible, shall result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected and notified in the same manner as the original random drawing from eligible entries. The Winner has ninety (90) days from the date of notification to claim the prize. Three (3) alternate drawings will be held for the prize, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All decisions of Sponsor are final. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

8. Prize Delivery.

Sponsor will deliver or arrange for delivery of each prize within a reasonable time, ordinarily within fourteen (14) days, after Sponsor’s receipt of the Winner’s completed and signed claim documents.

9. Taxes.

The valuation of the prize stated above is based on reasonably available information provided to the Sponsor. The value of all prizes awarded to a Winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Entrants winning $600 or more in prizes in a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. A completed IRS Form W-9 is required as a condition of receiving any prize.

10. Privacy.

Information submitted by Entrant will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (“Policy”). Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable laws and Sponsor’s internal policies. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant acknowledges that Entrant has read and agreed to the Policy, and that Entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of Entrant’s personal information in accordance with the Policy.

11. Disclaimer.

All prizes are awarded “as is” and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed.

12. Early Termination.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if (i) fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor; (ii) if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor; or (iii) an act of God or other circumstance reasonably beyond the control of Sponsor adversely impacts the ability of the Sponsor to deliver the prize, e.g., a pandemic, acts of terrorism, acts of war, weather, supply chain disruptions, etc. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine, but is not required to determine, any prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

13. Limitations of Liability, Release & Force Majeure.

Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, and any third-party platform where the Sweepstakes may be promoted are not responsible for: (i) technical problems or technical malfunction which may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any of the following occurrences: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts, or providers; (d) garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; (ii) lost, late, delayed, or intercepted transmissions; (iii) inaccessibility of any website, in whole or in part for any reason, or traffic congestion on the Internet; (iv) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; (v) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (vi) any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on any website; or (vii) any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to an Entrant or to any other person arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, and each of the foregoing’s respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and each of the foregoing’s respective past and present officers, directors, owners, shareholders, members, managers, partners, principals, employees, attorneys, insurers, agents, and representatives (collectively “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (i) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission of Entrant or any third party; or (ii) by any cause, condition, or event beyond the control of the Released Parties, including, without limitation, any act of God, war, pandemic, epidemic, terrorism, riot, water, hurricane, or fire.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY, FULLY, AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASES, DISCHARGES, AND HOLDS HARMLESS EACH RELEASED PARTY FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, EXPENSES, ATTORNEY’S FEES, DAMAGES, AND OTHER LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITIES (SUCH AS ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NON-USE OF ANY PRIZE), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEMANDS, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR NEGLIGENCE, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF CONSORTIUM, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ALL OTHER FORMS OF CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, AND DAMAGES.

Entrant acknowledges that Entrant has read and understands Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." Entrant, being aware of Section 1542, knowingly and voluntarily waives every right and benefit Entrant has or may have under Section 1542, and under any comparable statute, rule, or common law principle of any other jurisdiction, to the full extent that those rights and benefits may lawfully be waived. Entrant understands that this waiver means the release in this Section 13 covers claims Entrant does not know or suspect to exist at the time of entry, including claims that would have affected Entrant's decision to enter the Sweepstakes had they been known, and Entrant accepts the risk that the facts turn out to be different from what Entrant now believes. Entrant intends this waiver as a bargained-for term of participation and not as a recital.

14. Arbitration; Dispute Resolution.

All disputes arising under or related to these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America without regard for conflicts of laws principles. All disputes arising under or relating to these Official Rules shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, and any award shall be confirmed exclusively in the courts situated in Harris County, Texas. Entrant further irrevocably agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts situated in Harris County, Texas for the purposes of reviewing, confirming, or otherwise relating to any arbitration award, and Entrant hereby irrevocably waives jurisdiction and venue in any other forum for such purposes. Any arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all findings of fact and conclusions of law, and shall be kept confidential and not disclosed for any purpose except as required by law, e.g., disclosure to tax advisors for the purpose of filing a tax return. Any such arbitration shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing.

15. Waiver of Jury Trial; No Class Actions.

ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU MAY NOT JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PARTIES IN ARBITRATION, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY, AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO FILE ANY SUCH CLAIM OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROCEEDING IN ANY SUCH CAPACITY. YOU FURTHER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

16. Third-Party Platforms.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple, Google, YouTube, X, TikTok, or any other third-party platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.

17. Winners List/Official Rules.

To obtain a copy of the Official Rules and Winners list, send a request via email to lou.usman@gmail.com or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address set forth above. Residents of Washington and Vermont are not required to provide a self-addressed stamped envelope for return postage. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the applicable Winners have been announced.
