Account and email preferences

Account settings lets you update your profile, change optional email preferences, and request account deletion. Debt accounts lets Jiyu+ members disconnect financial accounts.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

As described in our Privacy Policy, Jiyu does not sell or share personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still submit an opt-out request below.

Submit a privacy request

Select a request to open your email app with the subject filled in, then send it to support@getjiyu.com. You can also email that address directly. Include your account email and enough detail to identify your request. Please do not include passwords, bank account numbers, or tax identification numbers.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. If you are appealing a decision, include your original request and the reason for your appeal.
